Our mission is clear: Riders First!
Why we do it:
Buying a new bike can be a challenge, even for those of us who have been riding for a long time. Bike design and technology is advancing quickly and it’s hard to know the benefit of all these marginal gains. Local bike shops only stock a few brands, but they will tell you they have a perfect bike for you. Honestly, they probably do have really good bikes, but you’re planning to spend some serious money. Why not see all your options without the pressure of a salesman?
What we do:
First and foremost, we put riders first. Ultimately, we want more people riding bikes-recreation, commuting, racing, whatever. To do this, we provide articles to educate and a database to search. By partnering with bicycle manufacturers and online retailers, we are able to give you options. This means that you are able to search over 60 bike brands to find which one suits you best. Best of all, we also provide the resources to find Local Bike Shops and Online Retailers that sell these bikes.
Who we serve:
We serve you.
We all love to see fancy bikes on the internet, in magazines and in our local bike shop. Unfortunately, these resources try to tell you which bike is best for you. No one knows your personal riding style, budget, and preferences better than you. We provide the resource to determine which bike is perfect for you.
What you won’t find here:
- Bike Reviews – There are plenty of great bike reviews on the internet and we will help you find them.
- Lists telling you what to buy – There are undeniably beautiful bikes on the market, but they may not be right for you. Plus, with so many bikes on the market, who are we to narrow down the “10 Best ____”?
- Preference for any specific brand, model, discipline, shop, or other business. We trust our advertising partners, but cannot endorse them above your local bike shop or anyone else.
